We just walking the pathway in Bugis to Millena Walk. I saw some ppl came here to early morning abt 4am at Suntec City.So we went to leave our belongings at the baggage collection,then go gathering at the start point at 6am and must warm up the exercise first. We waited for so long long time and saw many women in the starter. Omg,we thought we stayed at the start point for 10km,then go look for 5km start point. We found the 5km start point in another next.The flag-off 10km-5km run by guest-of-Honour,Ms Grace Fu,Senior Minister of State,Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Education will start at 7.30am. We got ready to start to go running on...I tried to run run on and get water or isotonic drinks. I tried to run run until the end point is at temasek avenue. I got received her msg.
Wonderful,she has finally completed in 37 secs. I had finally completed in 45 sec in 5km. I felt very sweat and hot and get the isotonic drink. I got the collection of finisher bracelet by nike from me and her. She just sms me abt queueing for the runner's kit collection. We tried to look her at the runner's kit collection but can't find her queueing. There were 8,000 women in participant at Shape Run .She told her to wave her hand at us. She definitely saw her wave at the queueing of the runner's kit collection.She gave us the two finisher bracelet by nike from me and her. Next,I gave u the finisher bracelet by nike. Omg,I got the two finisher bracelet by nike,also her and my friend too..Hahaha.....We go collect the goodies bag at the runner's kit collection. Then we go look for Station D:collection of Vitagen and Marigold items at Time Square.I drank the vitagen and it's cool. I want to get more vitagen and marigold from my parents and my sister.hahaha..But it's very heavy...We met wendy toh and her friend at coffee & beans. So we told her to collect our belongings at the baggage counter.She told us to go look for the sports massage by Dr Joint Pain at Station C!Wow,we saw some ppl queue up at the sports massage by Dr Joint Pain. So we had to queue up for the sports massage. Next,I was lying the bed,one of massage man tried to massage my legs. It feel me so painful and good for it.
We went back to the beach hotel. We have to walk along along the pathway to Bugis. Oops,my legs got painful,i'm very patient to walk it and can't bear it. We finally reached at the beach hotel. i'm just going to take a shower cos i felt very sweat..We checked out to leave a hotel before 1.30pm. We have to go lunch at bugis until we finally go home. Suddenly,i fall asleep so fast cos i woke up at 4.30am.
